Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sunshyn Operations, including the Team Hub, credentialing intake, billing support requests, hourly help booking, and related authentication (the “Services”) operated by Sunshyn Credentialing (“Sunshyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Sunshyn Operations is a private operations platform for Sunshyn collaborators and for people who submit authorized public request forms. Features may include team directories, training, agreements metadata, client records, credentialing and billing intake, calendars (availability), and hourly Admin Assistant bookings.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• Access is role-based. You may only use areas and data your assigned roles permit.
• Workforce accounts may be provisioned, changed, or revoked by Sunshyn administrators at any time.
• If you sign in with Google, you also remain subject to Google’s terms for that sign-in method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user’s data or bypass authorization controls
• Upload malware, scrape without permission, or disrupt the Services
• Misrepresent your identity, organization, or authority to submit requests
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of client or payer rules

Public request forms

Credentialing intake, billing support requests, and hourly help bookings may be submitted through public forms. Submitting a form does not create an employment relationship or guarantee acceptance of work. Estimates and recommendations are informational until confirmed by Sunshyn in writing.

Hourly help

Hourly Admin Assistant time is prepaid as described at booking. Payment terms, scheduling, and fulfillment are between you and Sunshyn according to the booking confirmation and any separate invoice.

Client and PHI boundaries

Where the Services process information subject to a BAA or other healthcare privacy agreement, that agreement controls for PHI. Do not upload PHI into forms or fields that are not designated for that purpose.

Intellectual property

Sunshyn and its licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant Sunshyn a license to use that content to operate the Services and fulfill your requests.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNSHYN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNSHYN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SUNSHYN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, or inactivity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimer, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
