Which are you credentialing?

One individual providerChoose this when one clinician is applying with payers, even if the clinician owns a practice or LLC.
Start individual request
A group or practice with multiple providersChoose this when the group itself needs credentialing and more than one rendering provider will be included. You will enter group information first, then a provider roster.

What happens next

  1. Basic information — who we are credentialing and where
  2. Guided questions — payers, services, and anything specific to your situation
  3. Estimate & submit — review the recommended work and estimated price

For a group request, we will also collect each group member and the payers that apply to that provider. Group documents and provider-specific documents are tracked separately after intake.

You do not need to gather documents before starting. Documents can be uploaded securely later in your portal.
