For practices that are not already live in Sunshyn Billing. This form is only for billing support intake — not credentialing enrollment and not hourly Admin Assistant bookings. Tell us about your load, insured visits, payers, EHR, and any preferred biller. We will create or link your Operations client profile without duplicating an existing Billing client.

If your practice already has a Sunshyn Billing profile, we link this request to it instead of creating a duplicate. The assigned team member is notified by email.
